TEACHING EXPERIENCE

· Macomb Community College - June 2002 to present, Taught workshops for ballroom, foxtrot swing and Salsa to students.
· Berkley Parks and Recreation - Berkley, Mich. - January 1999 to present, Taught six-week Swing, Lindy, Salsa and ballroom workshops for the community.
· City of Huntington Woods - Huntington Woods, Mich. - April 2003 to present, Taught group workshops in a variety of ballroom dances.

· Troy High School - Troy, Mich. - April 1999 to June 1999, Taught a four-week private swing workshop to high school students.
· Detroit Skate Club - Bloomfield, Mich. - 1998, Taught a five-week private swing workshop to professional figure skaters.
· USO Swing Dance - Detroit, Mich. - Taught, DJ'd, MC'd and managed media promotions for Detroit's biggest swing party since the 1940's, a USO-sanctioned swing dance for 450 people. Interviewed and performed live on local television and radio for promotions.
· Detroit Historical Museum - Detroit, Mich. - Taught, DJ'd, MC'd and promoted a USO-style dance.
· The BIG3 - Taught a group swing dance class at Detroit’s biggest regular swing dance to as many as 80 beginners on more than 20 occasions.
· Michigan State Ballroom Dance Organization - Taught, DJ's and MC'd a swing dance for 400 people as well as three workshops for 100 students as well as four separate group lessons.
· Michigan State Swing Club - Taught swing workshops to students on four occasions.
· Oakland University - Pontiac Mich. - Taught 30 students on two occasions and an outdoor lesson for more than 50 students.
· Central Michigan Swing Kids - Taught Lindy hop to student dancers.
· University of Michigan - Taught Lindy hop to students.
· Dakota High School - Utica, Mich. - Taught 50 students.
· Franklin High School - Livonia, Mich. - Taught 100 students on three occasions.
· 24 Karat Club - Westland, Mich. - Open bar lessons.
· St. Anastasia Church - Troy, Mich. - Taught 80 to 120 students on six occasions.
· St. John Vianney Church - Shelby Twp, Mich. - Taught 40 students.
· Numerous private lessons, and group lessons at parties and weddings.

OTHER PERFORMANCES AND DEMONSTRATIONS
· Liberty Ship Cruise - Performed for 800 people to a 16-piece big band on the deck of a WWII Liberty Ship as it cruised the Detroit River.
· Federal Mogul Corp. - Organized four couples and performed at its 100th anniversary party.
· Sault St. Marie Casino - Performed to a live band and taught a swing lesson at the grand opening of a new casino room.
· Hudson's Oakland Mall - Three special event performances including one in front of a live swing band.
· Hudson's Grand Rapids - Performed and taught lessons at the grand opening of a new store.
· Hudson's Somerset Mall - Special promotion performance for Lancome.
· Neiman Marcus - Special event performance.
· Twin Lakes Country Club - Performed at the grand opening for more than 600 patrons.
· Festival of Dance - Represented the swing community with a live stage performance.
· Detroit Red Wings - Two live performances during Red Wings Hockey.
· Detroit Rockers Soccer - Organized and performed with 10 couples during home opener.
· The Hillcrest - Organized four couples and performed twice at its annual charity fundraisers.
· Boat Town USA Pageant - Live swing performance at the annual pageant in Mt. Clemens.
· Detroit Skating Club - Two performances for worldwide skating competition receptions in Detroit and Bloomfield Hills, Mich.
· National Electrical Contractors Association - Organized dance troupe, performed and taught for holiday party.

· WJBK-FOX2 - Interviewed and performed live in-studio to promote USO Swing Dance in 1999 and a charity ball in 2000.
· WDIV (NBC) - Danced in 60-second ad to promote the station's campaign
